Ingredients:
1 packYeast
1/4 cupWater
2 1/4 cupWarm water
6 tbspOlive oil, plus extra for p
5 1/2 cupFlour
1 tspSalt- optional
Topping:
Kosher salt
4 tbspOlive oil
2 tbspWater
Ground pepper
Rosemary
Thyme
Procedures:
1Mix together first six ingredients and let rise 30-40 minutes.
2Divide dough into 3 parts and place in 3 olive -oiled pie pans.
3Dimple dough with fin- gers.
4Mix olive oil and water, brush tops with this mixture.
5Sprinkle on top: sea salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme.
6Let rise 50 to 60 minutes.
7Bake at 35 °F for 25 minutes.
8May dip in olive oil.
9Have checked and rechecked this recipe and this is how i printed it out.
10Haven"t tried it though.
11I am not sure why they have ?cup of water and 2-?cups warm water, either.
