Ingredients:

| pack | Yeast | | 1/4
| cup | Water | | 2 1/4
| cup | Warm water | | 6
| tbsp | Olive oil, plus extra for p | | 5 1/2
| cup | Flour | | 1
| tsp | Salt- optional | | | Topping: | | | Kosher salt | | 4
| tbsp | Olive oil | | 2
| tbsp | Water | | | Ground pepper | | | Rosemary | | | Thyme |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix together first six ingredients and let rise 30-40 minutes. | | 2 | Divide dough into 3 parts and place in 3 olive -oiled pie pans. | | 3 | Dimple dough with fin- gers. | | 4 | Mix olive oil and water, brush tops with this mixture. | | 5 | Sprinkle on top: sea salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme. | | 6 | Let rise 50 to 60 minutes. | | 7 | Bake at 35 °F for 25 minutes. | | 8 | May dip in olive oil. | | 9 | Have checked and rechecked this recipe and this is how i printed it out. | | 10 | Haven"t tried it though. | | 11 | I am not sure why they have ?cup of water and 2-?cups warm water, either. | | 12 | Still i hope this recipe helps you out! |
