Ingredients:
1 packYeast
1/4 cupWater
2 1/4 cupWarm water
6 tbspOlive oil
6 cupFlour
1 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Mix together and let rise 30 to 40 minutes.
2Divide dough into 3 parts and place in 3 olive-oiled pie pans.
3Dimple dough with fingers.
4Place on top the following mixture: coarse sea (or kosher) salt, fresh ground pepper, chopped rosemary and thyme.
5If herbs are dried, soak in water for 10 minutes and then pat dry on paper towels.
6Let rise 50-60 minutes.
7Bake at 350 °F for 25 minutes.
8May dip in olive oil
