Blue cornmeal chick wings

Ingredients:
1/4 cupLime juice
1/4 cupOil
1/2 tspCrushed red pepper
10 Chicken wings, about 2 lb
2 tbspMargarine or butter
1/2 cupBlue or yellow cornmeal
2 tbspFlour
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspGround cumin
1/8 tspPepper
Procedures:
1Mix lime juice, oil and red pepper in large glass or plastic bowl.
2Cut eac chicken wing at joints to make 3 pieces.
3Discard tip.
4Cut off and discard excess skin.
5Place wings in oil mixture and stir to coat.
6Cover and refrig 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
7Drain.
8Heat oven to 425°F.
9Heat margarine shake remaining ingredients in plastic bag or mix in bowl.
10Shake wings in cornmeal mixture to coat and place in pan.
11Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes.
12Turn.
13Bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes longer
