Ingredients:
1 packUnflavored gelatin
1/4 cupCold water
1/2 cupBoiling water
1/2 cupSour cream
1/3 cupMilk
1 tbspLemon juice
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
4 ozBlue cheese crumbled
1 pack(8-oz) softened cream
-cheese
1/2 cupWalnuts
Procedures:
1In blender, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water; let stand 3-4 minutes.
2Add boiling water and process at low speed until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
3Add sour cream, milk, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and cheeses; process at high speed until blended.
4Add walnuts and process at low speed 5 seconds.
5Pour into 7 ?x 3 ?x 2 ?inch loaf pan or 4 c bowl; chill until firm.
6Unmold onto lettuce-lined platter and serve, if desired with crackers, party=size breads and fruits
