Ingredients:

| pack | Unflavored gelatin | | 1/4
| cup | Cold water | | 1/2
| cup | Boiling water | | 1/2
| cup | Sour cream | | 1/3
| cup | Milk | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| tsp | Worcestershire sauce | | 4
| oz | Blue cheese crumbled | | 1
| pack | (8-oz) softened cream | | | -cheese | | 1/2
| cup | Walnuts |

Procedures:
| 1 | In blender, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water; let stand 3-4 minutes. | | 2 | Add boiling water and process at low speed until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. | | 3 | Add sour cream, milk, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and cheeses; process at high speed until blended. | | 4 | Add walnuts and process at low speed 5 seconds. | | 5 | Pour into 7 ?x 3 ?x 2 ?inch loaf pan or 4 c bowl; chill until firm. | | 6 | Unmold onto lettuce-lined platter and serve, if desired with crackers, party=size breads and fruits |
