Ingredients:
1/4 lbsBlue, Roquefort or
Gorgonzola cheese
1/2 cupMayonnaise
1/2 cupSour cream
1 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspWine vinegar
Ds Hot pepper sauce, to taste
Procedures:
1In a small bowl, mash the blue cheese, leaving some small lumps, whisk in the mayonnaise until blended.
2Add the remaining ingredients and whisk to blend well.
3Cover and refregerate until serving time
