| tsp | Worcestershire sauce | | 1/2

| drop | Hot pepper sauce | | | Paprika | | | Parsley | | | California dried figs | | | -- sliced in rounds | | | Crackers |

Procedures:
| 1 | In food processor or mixing bowl, blend cheeses. | | 2 | Blend in wine, worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce. | | 3 | If made ahead of time, refrigerate and bring to room temperature when ready to serve. | | 4 | Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley. | | 5 | Serve with fig slices and crackers. |
