Ingredients:
6 ozBleu cheese, crumbled
6 ozCream cheese
1/4 cupDry white wine
1/2 tspWorcestershire sauce
1/2 tspPaprika
1/4 tspGarlic powder
3 dropHot pepper sauce
Paprika
Parsley
California dried figs
-- sliced in rounds
Crackers
Procedures:
1In food processor or mixing bowl, blend cheeses.
2Blend in wine, worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce.
3If made ahead of time, refrigerate and bring to room temperature when ready to serve.
4Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley.
5Serve with fig slices and crackers.
