Ingredients:
CRUST
2 tbspButter or margarine
1 cupCheese crackers -- crushed
FILLING
16 ozCream cheese -- softened
8 ozBleu cheese
3 Eggs
1/4 cupFlour
1/4 tspSalt
1 cupMedium picante sauce
1 cupSour cream
1/2 cupChopped green onions
1/2 cupChopped walnuts
GARNISH
Chopped parsley
Tomato roses
Chopped green onions
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 325 deg.
2Butter 8-inch springform pan; sprinkle cracker crumbs on bottom and sides.
3Blend cheeses, eggs, flour, salt, picante sauce and sour cream.
4Fold in onions.
5Pour mixture into pan and sprinkle with walnuts.
6Bake one hour.
7Cool and chill overnight.
8Garnish with parsley and tomato roses, or with additional chopped green onions, if desired.
9Serve at room temperature on crackers
