Big soft pretzels

Ingredients:
1 tbspActive dry yeast
1 1/2 cupLukewarm water, 110F
2 Egg, beaten
1/4 cupVegetable oil
5 cupHot Roll Mix
1 Egg, beaten
2 tbspCoarse salt
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 425°F.
2Lightly grease 2 large baking sheets.
3In a bowl, dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
4Blend in 2 eggs and oil.
5Add 5 cups hot roll mix.
6Stir well.
7Add more hot roll mix to make a soft dough.
8Knead about 5 minutes, until dough is smooth.
9Roll dough into ropes about ?inch in diameter and 18 to 24 inches long.
10Form into pretzels.
11For sticks cut dough into 5 to 6 inch lengths.
12Place on prepared baking sheets.
13Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with salt.
14Bake immediately 12 to 15 minutes, until brown and crisp.
