Ingredients:
1/2 cupChopped onion
1 largeClove garlic, minced
1/4 tspOregano, crushed
1/8 tspThyme, crushed
2 tbspButter
1 canTomato soup
1/2 cupWater
1 canLunch meat, (12 oz) sliced
2 tbspShortening
1 Egg
1/2 cupBread crumbs
2 sliceMozzarella cheese
Grated parmesan cheese
Procedures:
1In saucepan, cook onion with garlic, oregano and thyme in butter until tender.
2Stir in soup and water; cook over low heat 15 minutes.
3Stir occasionally.
4Meanwhile, dip luncheon meat slices in egg, then in bread crumbs.
5In frying pan, brown meat in shortening.
6Turn and cover with sauce; top with mozzarella cheese.
7Sprinkle with parmesan cheese; cover until cheese melts.
8About 3 minutes.
