Ingredients:
8 Pork chops (2 lbs)
Pepper
2 canCream of chicken soup
1 cupFresh orange juice
1/2 cupSliced celery
1/4 cupChopped cashews
Ground cloves
8 Fresh orange slices, ?d
Procedures:
1Use 1 large frying pan or prepare in 2 frying pans.
2Prepare by dividing ingredients equally; brown chops.
3Season with pepper; pour off fat.
4Stir in remaining ingredients, except oranges; cover.
5Cook over low heat 40 minutes; stir occasionally.
6Add orange slices, cover.
7Cook over low heat 5 minutes more or until tender.
