Ingredients:

| cup | Bisquick baking mix | | 1/2
| cup | Shredded cheddar cheese | | 2
| tbsp | Melted butter/ margarine | | 1/2
| cup | Beer | | | Sesame/poppy seeds |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 450 degrees. | | 2 | Mix baking mix, cheese and beer until soft dough forms; beat vigorously; 20 strokes. | | 3 | Gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth board. | | 4 | Knead 5 times. | | 5 | Roll dough into rectangle, 16 x 10 inches. | | 6 | Cut into 2-inch squares, cut squares diagonally into halves. | | 7 | Spread with melted margarine/butter; sprinkle with sesame seeds. | | 8 | Separate and place on ungreased cookie sheets. | | 9 | Bake until brown, about 8 minutes |
