Ingredients:
1 cupFlour
1 cupBeer
1 Egg
1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1 tbspMustard
2 cupPotato chips, crushed
Procedures:
1Good with vegetables (mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, squash, etc)..
2Also good with shrimp, fish, crab and crawfish tails.
3Pour beer in flour until thin mixture.
4Add 1 beaten egg, worcestershire, and mustard.
5Dip vegetable or fish in batter; then roll through crushed potato chips.
6Drop into deep fryer at 300 degrees.
7Cook 3 to 4 minutes until light brown
