| tsp | Paprika | | | Vegetable oil or shortening |

Procedures:
| 1 | * do not use self-rising flour in this recipe. | | 2 | Mix ground beef, onion, cheese, ?teaspoon salt, garlic salt and egg white; reserve. | | 3 | Mix flour, egg yolk, water, ?teaspoon salt and paprika until a soft dough forms. | | 4 | Knead on floured surface until dough is elastic, about 2 minutes. | | 5 | Divide dough in half. | | 6 | Roll half into 12" square about 1/16" thick; cut into 2" squares. | | 7 | Fill each square with scant teaspoon beef mixture. | | 8 | Moisten edges of squares; fold into triangles. | | 9 | Pinch edges together. | | 10 | Repeat with remaining dough. | | 11 | Heat oil (1") to 400°F in 10" skillet. | | 12 | Fry wrap-ups until golden, about 45 seconds; drain. | | 13 | Serve hot or cold. | | 14 | (betty crocker"s step-by-step recipes |
