Ingredients:
2 lbsFlank Steak (about 2 large
-steaks)
1 cupDry White Wine
1/2 cupLow-Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tbspOnion, minced
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 tbspLemon Juice, freshly
-squeezed
2 tbspHoney
10 1/2 ozCan Beef Broth, unsalted or:
1 cupHomemade beef broth
1 tspGinger Root, minced or
-grated
Procedures:
1Slice steaks diagonally across the grain into ?x 1-inch strips and place in a shallow pan or large bowl.
2Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
3Let marinate 1 to 2 hours, turning 3 or 4 times.
4Thread strips on skewers and grill until meat reaches desired degree of doneness.
