Ingredients:
5 lbsLean Ground Beef
5 tspMorton Tender Quick Salt
2 1/2 tspGarlic Salt
2 1/2 tspCoarse Ground Pepper
1 tspHickory Smoke Salt
Procedures:
1In a large bowl combine ground beef, salts and pepper.
2Mix well, cover and refrigerate.
3On second day mix again.
4Refrigerate.
5On third day mix again.
6Refrigerate.
7On fourth day shape into 5 rolls, about 1-? x 10" spray broiler rack with pam.
8Lay rolls on rack, place on lower oven rack.
9Cook at 150°F for 8 to 10 hours
