Ingredients:

| lbs | Ground beef | | 1/2
| cup | Fine bread crumbs | | 1
| | Egg | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| cup | Sliced onion | | 2
| tbsp | Shortening | | 2
| can | Cream of mushroom soup | | 1
| cup | Sour cream | | 1
| cup | Chopped tomatoes | | 2
| cup | Cucumber, cut in cubes | | 1 1/2
| cup | Spaghetti, cooked & broken | | 1/2
| tsp | Dried dill, crushed | | | Parmesan cheese (grated) |

Procedures:
| 1 | In large bowl, combine beef, crumbs, egg, and salt. | | 2 | Shape into 24 meatballs. | | 3 | In 1 large frying pan (about 10 inches) brown meatballs, and cook onion in shortening until tender. | | 4 | Pour off fat; blend in soup, sour cream and tomatoes. | | 5 | Add cucumber and spaghetti and dill; mix well. | | 6 | Bake in two 1-?quart casseroles at 350 °F for 30 minutes or until hot. | | 7 | Top with cheese. | | 8 | Submitted by jane knox on 09-11-9 |
