Barbequed chicken appetizers

Ingredients:
1 largeBoneles Chickenbreast
1 Green Pepper, cut in strips
1 medOnion, cut in thick strips
1/2 cupCatsup
1 tbspMustard
1 tbspBrown Sugar
1 tbspVinegar
1/4 tspGarlic powder
2 dashHot Pepper Sauce
Procedures:
1Cut chickenbreast into 16 chunks and place in a microwave dish.
2Scatter pepper and onion strips on top of chicken.
3Combine remaining ingridients in a small bowl and pour over the chicken and vegetables.
4Cover and microwave on 70 %power for 7 minutes or until chicken is white and tender.
5Serve with toothpicks
