| cup | Crushed pineapple, drained | | 2
| tbsp | Brown sugar | | 1
| tsp | Cornstarch |

Procedures:
| 1 | Ds ground allspice ds ground coriander 8 lamb chops (about 2 lbs) salad oil in saucepan, combine soup, pineapple, brown sugar, cornstarch, allspiace and coriander. | | 2 | Cook, stirring until thickened. | | 3 | Brush chops lightly with oil. | | 4 | Place on grill 4 inches above coals. | | 5 | Cook for 10 minutes, brushing with sauce. | | 6 | Turn, continue brushing with sauce. | | 7 | Cook 10 minutes more or until desired doneness. | | 8 | Heat remaining sauce; serve with chops. | | 9 | Submitted by jane knox on 09-11-9 |
