16 ozCan Tomatoes-drained & cut

-Uncover And Stir In
2 largeCarrots -- sliced 1/8 in.

1/2 cupCelery -- thinly sliced

3 cupCheddar Cheese -- shredded
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 37Cover tightly and bake first 9 ingredients for 30 minutes.
2Add last 2 ingredients and bake covered for 40 minutes until vegetables are tender.
3Add cheese and bake uncovered for 5 minutes until cheese melts
