Ingredients:
Garlic-1 bulb for each persn
Olive oil
Brie Cheese
Baguette, sliced and toasted
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 325°F.
2Remove any of the loose, paper-like skin and lightly baste bulbs of garlic with olive oil.
3Wrap in foil and poke a few holes to allow steam to escape.
4Bake for 1 ?hrs.
5Cut garlic in half horizontally.
6To serve, warm brie in 325f oven until just starting to melt.
7Spread cheese on bread slices and then spread warm garlic pulp on top
