2 tspButter
1 Egg, beaten
1 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
Flour
Procedures:
1Boil egg plant, scoop out the meat and mix with butter, egg, salt, pepper and enough flour to drop from a spoon.
2Heat shortening (375 degrees).
3Drop batter from spoon and fry.
4Drain on paper towel.
5Cooking time about 6 minutes
