Ingredients:
| 8
| oz | Canadian bacon, sliced | | 12
| each | Shrimp, med, shelled | | 1
| each | Red bell pepper, in strips | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Teriyaki sauce | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Chili sauce | | 1
| tbsp | Hoisin sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place bacon on rack; cover with paper towel. | | 2 | Microwave on high 1 minutes; pat dry on paper towel. | | 3 | Let cool slightly. | | 4 | Wrap one shrimp and one pepper strip in each piece of bacon; secure with wooden pick. | | 5 | Place in 11x7" baking dish. | | 6 | In small bowl, combine the teriyaki, chili and hoisin sauces with 2 t. water; pour over shrimp. | | 7 | Cover and refrigerate 2 hours, turning once. | | 8 | Uncover and microwave on high 3-4 minutes, until shrimp is cooked through. | | 9 | Let stand 5 minutes before serving |
