Bacon-wrapped shrimp

Ingredients:
8 ozCanadian bacon, sliced
12 eachShrimp, med, shelled
1 eachRed bell pepper, in strips
1 1/2 tbspTeriyaki sauce
1 1/2 tbspChili sauce
1 tbspHoisin sauce
Procedures:
1Place bacon on rack; cover with paper towel.
2Microwave on high 1 minutes; pat dry on paper towel.
3Let cool slightly.
4Wrap one shrimp and one pepper strip in each piece of bacon; secure with wooden pick.
5Place in 11x7" baking dish.
6In small bowl, combine the teriyaki, chili and hoisin sauces with 2 t. water; pour over shrimp.
7Cover and refrigerate 2 hours, turning once.
8Uncover and microwave on high 3-4 minutes, until shrimp is cooked through.
9Let stand 5 minutes before serving
