Baby shrimp and tarragon mustard

Ingredients:
2 tspDijon mustard
1 1/2 tspWhite wine vinegar
2 tspDried tarragon, crushed
3/4 cupBaby shrimp
1 tspLemon juice
2 tspFresh tarragon, chopped, or
1 cupMayonnaise
1/2 cupSour cream
Procedures:
1Mix the mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, and tarragon.
2Blend in the mayonnaise.
3Add the shrimp, then the sour cram.
4Blend well.
5Cover and chill.
6Makes about 2 ?cups of dip.
7Suggested dippers: butterflake biscuit chips, cabbage, chili peppers, string beans, artichoke leaves
