| tsp | White wine vinegar | | 2
| tsp | Dried tarragon, crushed | | 3/4
| cup | Baby shrimp | | 1
| tsp | Lemon juice | | 2
| tsp | Fresh tarragon, chopped, or | | 1
| cup | Mayonnaise | | 1/2
| cup | Sour cream |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix the mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, and tarragon. | | 2 | Blend in the mayonnaise. | | 3 | Add the shrimp, then the sour cram. | | 4 | Blend well. | | 5 | Cover and chill. | | 6 | Makes about 2 ?cups of dip. | | 7 | Suggested dippers: butterflake biscuit chips, cabbage, chili peppers, string beans, artichoke leaves |
