Baby potatoes coated with almonds

Ingredients:
3 lbsBaby new potatoes
2 tbspAlmond oil
2 Jalapeno peppers, seeded &
-- minced
2 tbspGrated ginger
1/2 cupPowdered almonds*
2 tbspCilantro, minced
Salt & pepper
Lemon juice
Procedures:
1Steam potatoes till just tender, about 15 minutes.
2Set them aside.
3Combine oil, peppers, ginger, almonds & cilantro in a large bowl.
4Add potatoes & toss till well coated.
5Season with salt & pepper & sprinkle with lemon juice.
6Spear potatoes with cocktail sticks; arrange on a platter.
7Serve hot, or keep warm in a 250f oven for up to 30 minutes.
8*to powder almonds, place blanched almonds in a food processor & pulese until they are reduced to a powder
