Campbell soup - irish boiled dinner

Ingredients:
4 lbsBrisket corned beef
1 canOnion soup
4 Peppercorns
1 medClove garlic, minced
1 Bay leaf
1/4 tspRosemary, crushed
6 medCarrots, cut in 1" pieces
6 medPotatoes, quartered
1/2 cupCelery cut in 1" pieces
1 medGreen cabbage, wedged
3 tbspWater
3 tbspFlour
Procedures:
1Rinse corned beef; place in large heavy pan.
2Add soup and seasonings; cover; cok over low heat for 3-?hours.
3Add carrots, potatoes and celery; place cabbage on top, cover.
4Cook about 1 hour or until everything is tender.
5Remove meat, vegetables and bay leaf.
6Gradually blend water into flour until smooth.
7Slowly stir into sauce.
8Cook, stir until thickened.
