Ingredients:
2 lbsLamb cubes
2 tbspShortening
1 canCream of chicken soup
1/2 cupSliced onion
1/2 cupWater
1 largeClove garlic, minced
1 tbspCurry powder
Procedures:
1Ds ground cardamon ds ground coriander 1 c diced apple 3 c cooked rice in large heavy pan, brown lamb in shortening, pour off fat.
2Add soup, onion, water, garlic and seasonings; cover.
3Cook over low heat 1-?hours or until tender; stir occasionally.
4Add apple the last five minutes; serve with rice.
5Garnish with chopped chutney, toasted coconut, raisins.
