Ingredients:
1 lbsChicken breasts, split/boned
1/4 tspGround ginger
2 tbspSalad oil
1 canCream of shrimp soup
1 cupBamboo shoots
1 tbspSoy sauce
6 cupFresh spinach, torn
1/2 cupOrange sections
1/2 cupAlmonds, toasted, whole
Procedures:
1In frying pan, cook chicken with ginger in hot oil until white.
2(about 5 minutes).
3Stir constantly.
4Add soup, bamboo shoots and soy sauce.
5Cover; cook over low heat 3 minutes.
6Add spinach, cook 3 minutes more or until done.
7Stir in oranges and almonds.
8Serve with additional soy
