Artichokes with mustard sauce

Ingredients:
4 Large Artichokes
1 Clove Garlic
1/2 cupVinegar
1/4 cupOil
MUSTARD SAUCE
1/3 xButter
1/3 xMayonnaise
1/3 xMustard
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
Procedures:
1Cut off top ?of the artichokes.
2Fill a large pot ?full with warm water.
3Add garlic, vinegar,oil and artichokes.
4Cook over medium-high heat for 45 minutes.
5Turn artichokes upside down on paper towels until drained and cold.
6When cold, pull out center leaves, spoon out core.
7Cut lemon in half, taking out lemon pulp.
8Mix together sauce ingredients and spoon into hollowed out lemon halves.
9Push lemon halves into the top of hollowed out artichokes.
10Tear off artichoke leaves, dip in sauce and enjoy
