Artichoke squares

Ingredients:
1 canArtichoke hearts, save juice
1 ea Small onion, finely chopped
1 ea Garlic clove
4 ea Eggs
1/4 cupDry bread crumbs
1/4 tspSalt
1/8 tspPepper
1/4 tspOregano
1/8 tspTabasco
1/2 lbsCheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbspParsley, minced
Procedures:
1Drain the juice from the artichoke hearts into a frying pan.
2Saute the onion and garlic in the artichoke liquid until the onion is transparent.
3Beat the eggs in a small bowl until frothy; add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano, and tabasco.
4Stir in the cheese, parsley, chopped artichokes and onion mixture.
5Turn into a 7 x 11 in. buttered baking pan and bake for 30 minutes at 325 deg.
6Let cool in the pan.
7Cut in 1" squares.
8Serve cold or reheat at 325 °F for 10-12 min. freezes well after cooked
