Ingredients:
10 ozFrozen artichoke hearts
1 cupSour cream
1 cupMayonnaise
1/2 cupGrated Parmesan cheese
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375°F.
2Defrost artichoke hearts and drain.
3Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese.
4Add artichoke hearts and mix thoroughly.
5Turn into a baking dish and bake until hot and bubbly.
6Makes 3 cup
