Campbell soup - flounder florentine

Ingredients:
1/4 cupChopped onion
Procedures:
1Ds rosemary, crushed 2 tb butter 10 oz spinach, cooked & drained ?c cooked rice ?c chopped toasted almonds 1 tb lemon juice 6 flounder fillets 1 cn cream of mushroom soup 1/3 c water ds paprika in saucepan, cook onion in butter with rosemary until tender.
2Add spinach, rice, almonds and lemon juice.
3Heat; stir occasionally.
4Place ?cup mixture on each flounder fillet.
5Roll, secure with toothpicks, arrange in shallow baking dish.
6Bake at 350 °F for 20 minutes.
7Meanwhile, blend soup, and water; pour over fish, stirring around sides.
8Back 15 minutes more or until done.
9Stir sauce before serving; sprinkle with paprika.
