| | Eggs, hard-boil, peel, halve | | | -lengthwise | | 1/2
| cup | Mayonnaise | | 2
| tbsp | Anchovies, mince | | 1
| tsp | Dijon mustard | | 1
| tsp | Lemon juice | | 2
| tbsp | Parsley, mince | | | Salt and pepper | | | Capers |

Procedures:
| 1 | Remove yolks from eggs and mash in bowl. | | 2 | Stir in mayonnaise, anchovies, mustard, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon parsley and salt and pepper to taste. | | 3 | Place filling in pastry bag. | | 4 | Pipe filling into egg whites. | | 5 | Garnish with capers and remaining parsley. | | 6 | Cover and chill until serving time. | | 7 | 120 cal, 9 gr fat, 68% fat |
