Ingredients:
1 cupDry white wine
2 lbsAndouille or smoked sausage
2 tbspHoney
1 tbspCreole mustard
Procedures:
1Slice andouille ?to ?inch thick.
2Mix all liquid ingredients and pour over andouille in a covered skillet.
3Cook over low heat untill andouille is tender.
4Andouille is gumbo sausage for all you peoples who live away from the center of the universe.
5You can use other sausage and it would taste okay.
