| cup | Gin , (the most inexpensive |

Procedures:
| 1 | Chop cranberries in food processor or blender. | | 2 | Put in large lidded jar. | | 3 | Add sugar and gin. | | 4 | Store for 2 weeks, turning or shaking container daily. | | 5 | Strain off cranberries reserve for dessert topping, or use in cranberry nut bread. | | 6 | (the baking removes most of the alcohol). | | 7 | Decant liqueur into appropriate bottle. | | 8 | Keeps indefinitely. | | 9 | This stuff is wonderful for those holiday get-togethers, and you"ll be toasty warm, no matter what the weather! |
