Ingredients:
4 lbsPork loin rib roast
2 tbspShortening
1 canGolden mushroom soup
1/2 cupWater
1/2 cupChopped onion
1 tbspPaprika
1 medBay leaf
1/4 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Ds pepper in large heavy pan, brown meat in shortening, pour off fat, stir occasionally.
2Cover; cook over low heat 2 hours 15 minutes or until done.
3Add soup, water, onion and seasonings.
4Remove bay leaf, thicken sauce if desired.
