Almond chicken wings with plum orange sauce

Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbsChicken wings, separated
3/4 cupFlour
1 eachEgg, slightly beaten
1 tbspMilk
3/4 cupAlmonds, ground
1 cupWhite bread crumbs
2 tspSalt
2 tspOrange rind, grated
1 eachOil for deep frying
Plum sauce
2/3 cupPlum sauce
1/4 cupOrange sauce
1 tspCornstarch
Procedures:
1The grated orange rind gives these wings a citrus flavour zing.
2Toss wings in flour.
3Shake off excess flour.
4In a bowl combine egg and milk.
5Set aside.
6In a bowl combine almonds bread crumbs salt and orange rind.
7Set aside.
8Dip chicken into egg mixture then in almond mixture refrigerate coated chickern for ?hour.
9In a microwave safe bowl combine plum sauce, orange juice and cornstarch.
10Cook over high heat for one minute until sauce thickens and boils.
11Set aside.
12Heat oil in frypan or wok to 375°F.
13Deep fry chicken for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
14Drain on paper towel.
15Serve with plum orange sauce.
