Ingredients:
3 cupFlour
3 tspBaking powder
1 tspCoarse salt
1/2 cupKefalotiri cheese, grated
1/3 cupSweet butter or shortening
1 cupMilk
Procedures:
1Sift dry ingreds.
2Into bowl.
3Add butter (or shortening) and work butter into flour with fingertips until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
4Add cheese and milk, and work the whole together (dough will be soft).
5Lightly flour a marble-top table (or bread board) and your rolling pin.
6Roll out dough about ?to ? thick.
7Using small biscuit cutter (floured), cut dough into round shapes about 1 ? in diameter.
