Ingredients:
2 lbsBeef cubes
2 tbspShortening
1 canTomato soup
1/2 cupSour cream
3/4 cupWater
1 cupSliced onion
1 tbspPaprika
Procedures:
1Pn pepper 4 md potatoes, quartered in large heavy pan, brown beef in shortening, pour off fat.
2Stir in remaining ingredients except potatoes; cover.
3Cook over low heat 1-?hours; stir occasionally; add potatoes, cover.
4Cook over low heat 1 hour more or until meat is tender.
5Stir occasionally.
