| lbs | Canned ham | | 3/4
| cup | Jellied cranberry sauce | | 1
| can | Consomme soup | | 1/2
| cup | Applesauce | | 1
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 1
| tsp | Lemon juice |

Procedures:
| 1 | Pn allspice in shallow baking pan, bake ham at 325 dgrees for one hour. | | 2 | Pour off fat; score ham. | | 3 | Spread ?cup cranberry sauce over top. | | 4 | Bake 30 minutes more 15 minutes per pound; remove to platter. | | 5 | In baking pan combine remaining ingredients, cook until thickened stirring constantly. | | 6 | Pour some over ham and serve remainder as sauce. | | 7 | Submitted by jane knox on 09-11-9 |
