Ingredients:
5 lbsCanned ham
3/4 cupJellied cranberry sauce
1 canConsomme soup
1/2 cupApplesauce
1 tbspCornstarch
1 tspLemon juice
Procedures:
1Pn allspice in shallow baking pan, bake ham at 325 dgrees for one hour.
2Pour off fat; score ham.
3Spread ?cup cranberry sauce over top.
4Bake 30 minutes more 15 minutes per pound; remove to platter.
5In baking pan combine remaining ingredients, cook until thickened stirring constantly.
6Pour some over ham and serve remainder as sauce.
