Ingredients:
24 medShrimp in the shells
2/3 cupOlive oil
60 mlGarlic, chop fine
Lemon slices
Procedures:
1Remove heads from shrimp if desired.
2Heat oil to smoking point.
3Saute shrimp with the garlic over fairly high heat until they turn pink, about 2 minutes.
4Serve immediately with bread for dunking or on a bed of boiled rice.
5Garnish with lemon wedges.
