Ingredients:
4 ozDry mustard
1 cupWhite vinegar
2 Eggs
3/4 cupSugar
3 cupBest Food's Mayonnaise OR
-Hellman's
Procedures:
11st day: mix the dry mustard and vinegar (you might want to experiment here); cover and refrigerate.
22nd day: mix eggs and sugar into the above; heat slowly and bring to a boil stirring constantly; cover and refrigerate.
33rd day: add mayo, blend and refrigerate.
4It"s ready to serve.
5This is nice to have for impromptu get togethers when you"d like to have something on hand to pull out.
6We eat it while playing cards because the fingers stay clean since the pretzels or bread stix aren"t greasy.
7It is also good on bread and broiled a few minutes.
8Start with 2 cups of mayo and see if it needs more or not! formatted for mm by pegg seevers - sent to me by gail garvey when she was on *p*.
