Ingredients:
GLAZE
1 cupOrange juice
3/4 cupWater
1/4 cupLemon juice
3 tbspCornstarch
1 dashSalt
1 cupSugar
SAUCE
8 ozCream cheese
1 tbspVanilla
1/2 cupSugar
CRUST
1 packRefrigerated cookie dough
FRUIT
1 Peach
1 bunchGrapes
1 Banana
1 Strawberries
1 Kiwi
Procedures:
1Mix ingredients of glaze- cook over medium heat til boils, and thickens, then cool.
2Spread cookie cough on buttered pizza pan.
3Bake 350 °F for 10 minutes.
4Cool.
5Mix sauce and spread over cooled dough.
6Arrange fruit on top and pour glaze over.
7Refrigerate
