Ingredients:

| lbs | Tomatoes, skinned | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1/2
| pint | Vegetable stock | | | Salt & pepper | | 1
| small | Onion, finely chopped | | 1
| each | 4" piece cucumber, chopped | | 1
| each | Yellow bell pepper, julienne | | 2
| each | Peaches, thinly sliced | | 1
| each | Apple, thinly sliced | | 4
| tbsp | Blackberries, -=OR=- other | | | -- soft fruit | | 3
| tbsp | Parsley, chopped |

Procedures:
