Ingredients:
1/2 cupDried apricots
1 tbspPoppy seeds
1 lbsMonterey Jack cheese
1/2 tbspSeasoned salt
1/3 cupGolden raisins
8 ozCream cheese
1/3 cupDates
1/3 cupDry sherry
Walnuts
Cherry
Grapes
Procedures:
1Soak apricots in 1 c water for 2 hours.
2Drain and chop.
3Blend cheeses.
4Add remaining ingredients, fruits last, mixing thoroughly in between.
5Turn out onto sheet of foil and shape into 9" log or 2 large balls.
6Wrap securely and chill until firm.
7Roll in chopped nuts, cover again in foil and refrigerate 24 hours before serving (may be frozen).
