Ingredients:

| can | Cheddar cheese soup | | 1
| can | Chunk white chicken or tuna | | 1
| | Egg, slightly beaten | | 1/2
| cup | Italian bread crumbs | | 2
| tbsp | Finely chopped green pepper | | 2
| tbsp | Finely chopped green onions | | 1/4
| tsp | Hot pepper sauce | | | Salad oil | | 1/4
| cup | Sour cream |

Procedures:
| 1 | Ds tarragon leaves in bowl, mix thoroughly ?cup soup, chicken, egg, bread crumbs, green onions, green pepper, and hot pepper sauce. | | 2 | Shape into 40 small chicken meatballs ?inch in size, roll in additional bread crumbs. | | 3 | Half fill deep fryer or large saucepan with oil; preheat to 350 degrees. | | 4 | Fry meatballs a few at a time, in hot oil, until browned. | | 5 | Drain; keep warm. | | 6 | Meanwhile in saucepan, combine remaining soup, sour cream, and tarragon. | | 7 | Heat; stir occasionally, serve with meatballs. | | 8 | Submitted by jane knox on 09-12-9 |
