Campbell soup - chicken hors d'oeurvres

Ingredients:
1 canCheddar cheese soup
1 canChunk white chicken or tuna
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cupItalian bread crumbs
2 tbspFinely chopped green pepper
2 tbspFinely chopped green onions
1/4 tspHot pepper sauce
Salad oil
1/4 cupSour cream
Procedures:
1Ds tarragon leaves in bowl, mix thoroughly ?cup soup, chicken, egg, bread crumbs, green onions, green pepper, and hot pepper sauce.
2Shape into 40 small chicken meatballs ?inch in size, roll in additional bread crumbs.
3Half fill deep fryer or large saucepan with oil; preheat to 350 degrees.
4Fry meatballs a few at a time, in hot oil, until browned.
5Drain; keep warm.
6Meanwhile in saucepan, combine remaining soup, sour cream, and tarragon.
7Heat; stir occasionally, serve with meatballs.
