| cup | Soy sauce | | 1/3
| cup | Brown sugar | | 2

| | Cloves crushed garlic | | 1

Procedures:
| 1 | For pork asado-chinese style: in a 2 qt saucepan, combine stock, sauce, brown sugar, white wine, salt, m.s.g. | | 2 | And garlic. | | 3 | Put in pork. | | 4 | Cover pan, bring to a boil. | | 5 | Lower heat and simmer until meat is tender. | | 6 | Slice meat. | | 7 | Serve hot with sauce or go on with the lumpia directions. | | 8 | Lumpia: combine shrimp, onions, pork asado, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, egg yolks, flour, rice wine, pepper, salt and m.s.g. | | 9 | Wrap in lumpia wrappers. | | 10 | Grease steamer and steam for 10 minutes. | | 11 | Rub with egg whites and sprinkle with sesame seeds. | | 12 | Cool. | | 13 | Fry in hot canola or peanut oil. | | 14 | Serve with your favorite sweet and sour sauce |
