Procedures:
| 1 | Combine egg, 1 tbsp flour, milk, worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce; stirring well. | | 2 | Set aside. | | 3 | Combine 3.?cups flour, salt, and pepper; mix well. | | 4 | Dip drained pickles into milk mixture and dredge in flour mixture. | | 5 | Deep fry at 350°F until pickles float to the surface. | | 6 | Drain. |
