Ingredients:
Woodward
1 Egg -- beaten
3 1/2 cupFlour -- plus 1 tbsp
1 cupMilk
1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
6 dropHot sauce
1 tspSalt
3/4 tspPepper
1 quartSliced dill pickles
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable oil
Procedures:
1Combine egg, 1 tbsp flour, milk, worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce; stirring well.
2Set aside.
3Combine 3.?cups flour, salt, and pepper; mix well.
4Dip drained pickles into milk mixture and dredge in flour mixture.
5Deep fry at 350°F until pickles float to the surface.
6Drain.
