Fri-dinner: sesame chive tortilla triangles

Ingredients:
6 10-inch flour tortillas
1 Egg white
2 tbspSesame oil
1/4 cupChives, chopped, or
-green onions, chopped
3 tbspSesame seeds, toasted
Procedures:
1Arrange 3 of the tortillas on work surface.
2Lightly beat together egg white, 1 tb of the oil and salt; brush over both sides of tortillas.
3Sprinkle with chives and 2 tb of the sesame seeds.
4Top with remaining tortillas, pressing together firmly.
5Brush remaining oil over top; sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds.
6Arrange in single layer on baking sheet; bake in 400f 200c oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
7Cut each into 6 pieces and serve warm.
