Easy mini-salmon burgers

Ingredients:
7 1/2 ozSalmon, canned
4 ozSaltines, finely crushed
1 Onion, finely diced
1 Egg
1 tbspLemon juice
2 tspDill
2 tspPepper
Procedures:
1Trim canned salmon of large bones and skin as desired.
2Mix well with other ingredients, except oil.
3Form into 3" x ? patties and fry lightly in oil until golden brown.
4Makes approximately 12 mini- salmon burgers.
5Serves 4 as an appetizer or 2 as a main course.
