French fried sweet potatoes

Ingredients:
3 medSweet Potatoes
1 cupCrushed Corn Flakes
1 largeEgg
1 tbspWater
Procedures:
1Parboil sweet potatoes for about 10 minutes.
2Drain, peel and cut into strips.
3Mix egg with water and beat throughly.
4Seperate crushed corn flakes in two seperate bowls, making two ?cups each.
5Flour may be substitued for one of the bowls of flakes.
6Dip the cut potatoes in the flour or crushed flakes, then in the egg mixture and then again in the other bowl of crushed flakes.
7Deep fry in oil (375 to 385 degrees) until browned.
8Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle with salt.
9A mixture of cinnamon and sugar could also be used for a sweet tastse
